After a monstrous show at Toad's Place in June, 6Five6 embarked on their first ever weekend run, playing two clubs new to them. Starting on Friday, the band decimated Cherry Street Station in Wallingford alongside a devastating bill of bands: Warblood (CT), Maidenhead (MA), Electrocutioner (NY) & Svn Seeker (CT).

Starting the night out, Warblood was a bludgeon of thrashing riffs & heavy sounds with Rich Tobin (Murder Monday, Warblood) at the helm. Their brutality set the tone for the rest of the evening, preparing all early comers for the bands that lay ahead.

Following Warblood, the stage was ready for more mayhem & 6Five6 answered that call with fury. Kicking into their performance with 'Revolt', the pounding sound of menacing thrash echoed through the walls of Cherry Street Station. Moving forward into 'Hate Maze' & beyond, the ferocity morphed the room into a moving column of energy. All the way to the finale of 'Livid', 6FIVE6 conquered & punished.

The night forged onward with blistering sets from Maidenhead666 (MA), Electrocutioner (NY) & Svn. Seeker. With differentiating styles of metal, ranging from straight thrash to thrash death & melodic death, the variety of music captivated the audience until the night concluded.

The following day saw 6FIVE6 make their trek to Worcester, MA & play The Raven. Little to no AC, larger stage & heavy sounds accurately depict the night. Although a similar set to the previous night, the band absolutely did not slow down at all. 'Hate Maze', 'Mercy Receipt', 'Backfire', the rage could be felt within those four walls. Every note was a punch to the gut as the band dominated the stage. By the time the final notes of 'Livid' rung, the jaws of everyone lay on the floor, including Salt of the Earth Records owner Scott Harrington, whom initially brought the band to Worcester.

The first ever 6FIVE6 Weekend Run was undoubtably a success for the band as they broke their sonic sounds into new markets to new fans, near & far.
